This is a NYC Style Sculpt & Sweat class. You'll feel strong and energised after this high energy class and it's the perfect choice when you are feeling like you have lots of energy to give. You'll combine some slower Pilates sculpt style exercises with some faster paced exercises to get the heart rate up.
