This class will work the whole body, using hand weights. We will flow through each move, building on each exercise to add more of a challenge. You'll begin with a standing lunge sequence, before moving to the mat for a kneeling oblique sequence. We'll then go to all 4's for some arm and glute work, before finishing in side lying. You'll then repeat the sequence on the other side from the top. Expect a challenge, but nothing too intense.
Equipment: Hand weights (optional: ankle weights)
