For Moms-to-be, this whole body sequence will help to relieve back pain, maintain your fitness level and strengthen and prepare your body for birth. Go at a pace that feels right for you and enjoy the movement.

This is a no-equipment full body class that focuses on the Pilates form and technique. It's the perfect place to start if you're new to Pilates and want to dive straight in. If you're a Pilates pro, this class is also incredible to bring you back to basics.

De-Bloat Pilates
This class is all about reducing stress, calming the nervous system and bringing down cortisol levels in the body. You'll do gentle stretches, core exercises and lots of rotational movements to help your body de-bloat and re-energise.
