Equipment: Hand weights (Aoife uses 2kg & 4kg. Use what weights you have at home and alternate between light and heavy as you feel necessary).

This class combines Pilates and weights to challenge your strength and control. There is a mix of standing exercises and traditional Pilates matwork in this class.

CHALLENGE This class is all about building strength in the upper body and the core. Your Pilates form and technique will be challenged as Aoife combines exercises to work both the arms and the core together using weights.

20-Minute Upper Body Strength
CHALLENGE This class is all about challenging and building our upper body strength. Aoife uses 4kg dumbbells, which make this class pretty intense, but you can use lighter or even heavier weights if you wish.
