    This challenging class is all about building strength in the upper body and the core. Your Pilates form and technique will be challenged as Aoife combines exercises to work both the arms and the core together using weights.
Equipment: Weights (Aoife uses 2kg and 4kg weights)

  Lower Body Strength 1This is a challenging TPP Strength class that will focus on the legs and booty. Get ready to push yourself in this focused class. 
 Equipment: Weights (Aoife uses 4kg; 2kg/3kg/5kg will also work well)

  Upper Body Strength 1This class is all about challenging and building our upper body strength. Aoife uses 4kg dumbbells, which make this class pretty intense, but you can use lighter or even heavier weights if you wish. 
 Equipment: Hand weights (2kg, 3kg or 4kg).

  Upper Body Strength 2This class is all about challenging and building our upper body strength. The reps are high so you will be feeling the burn in this class. 
 Equipment: Hand weights (1 x heavier weight and 2 x lighter). Aoife uses 1 x 4kg and 2 x 2kg weights.
