NEW! Gentle Barre
This is a gentle Barre class focused on lengthening and strengthening the body. If you are new to Barre Pilates, this class will take you through the basic of each exercise. Suitable for our prenatal members.
Equipment: Chair -
Prenatal Ball Class
For Moms to be this is a really nice gentle class that you can do right up until your due date. You will need a large Yoga ball for this class. Remember to relax, focus on your breathing and enjoy the class.

Prenatal Upper Body Class
For Moms-to-be, this is a great upper body focussed class that you can do throughout your pregnancy. Aoife uses a Yoga Ball and 2kg hand weights. Don't worry if you do not have any equipment. You can improvise by sitting on a chair and using tinned cans.
