SATISFY/CHALLENGE This is a full body sculpt class for everybody, including our Moms-to-be on the platform. The core work in this class focuses on the deeper core and pelvic floor, so if that's an area of concern for you, then we really recommend this class. Embrace the challenge but as always, go at your own pace and listen to your body.
