This is one of Aoife's most popular full body sculpt classes. You can expect a challenging, fast paced class with lots of layering in each sequence. You will begin with a warm up and move into a standing lunge sequence. You'll then be down on the mat for glutes in all 4's, planks, side lying and kneeling arms. You'll work back through the sequence in reverse on the other side.
Equipment: Light hand weights.
