If you want to be challenged this is the perfect class for you. Get ready to embrace the Pilates burn. You'll start with a standing lunge to courtsey sequence and then go into kneeling arms, before repeating the standing sequence on the other side. You'll then move to that mat for a mini plank sequence, bridges and core work on your back.
