CHALLENGE This Burn & Sculpt class will strengthen and tone the whole body. You'll start with a warm up on the mat. You'll then do a plank sequence, glute work in all 4's, side lying exercises, kneeling arms, a standing lunge sequence and finally, core work. It's a challenging but enjoyable class.
Equipment: Pilates ball, hand weights, ankle weights
*class can also be done without equipment
