Advanced Sculpt w/ Band
This is a really effective full body sculpt class that uses the band to challenge you. You can expect lots of core work, bridge sequences and standing lunges.
Equipment: Mini band -
Pilates Strength 2
This class combines Pilates and weights to challenge your strength and control. There is a mix of standing exercises and traditional Pilates matwork in this class.
Equipment: Weights (Aoife uses 1 x 4kg - feel free to go lighter or heavier). -

This is a dynamic upper body strength class where the focus is the arms, but we will also feel it in the whole body.
Equipment Needed: 3kg, 4kg or 5kg weights (Aoife uses 4kg)
