CHALLENGE This Burn & Sculpt class will work the whole body. Get ready for lots of ball work in this class as well as a standing lunge sequence, core work on your back, planks, kneeling arms and bridges.
Equipment: Pilates ball, hand weights, ankle weights

CHALLENGE This Burn & Sculpt class will strengthen and tone the whole body. You'll start with a warm up on the mat. You'll then do a plank sequence, glute work in all 4's, core work, a bridge sequence and side lying exercises. It's a challenging but enjoyable class.
