High Fibre Brown Bread

This brown bread is healthy, delicious and so quick and easy to make. It's delicious toasted, keeps for a few days and freezes really well when sliced.
Ingredients:
350g Coarse Wholemeal Flour
150g Plain Flour
3 Tbsp Bran
2 Tbsp Flaxseed
2 Heaped Tsp Baking Powder
Good Pinch Of Salt
1 Dessert Spoon Treacle
600ml Whole Milk
Method:
1) Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a 2lb loaf tin with a paper liner or a sheet of non-stick baking paper.
2) Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
3) Add the treacle and stir in the milk. Mix well.
4) Scrape into the lined loaf tin and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until risen.
5) Reduce the heat to 170°C and bake for a further 60 minutes.
6) Remove from the oven and remove from the tin.
7) Allow to cool on a wire rack before cutting into slices to serve.
