Barre
Barre Pilates takes inspiration from Ballet Barre. This style of class class is low impact but it will lengthen, strengthen and keep you on your toes, literally! Expect an elegant but challenging full body workout that combines standing Barre exercises using your chair and Pilates based floor work on your mat. All sequences will use a chair as your "Ballet Barre", and depending on the class, you could be using your hand weights, ankle weights and a Pilates ball. As always, these are optional and you can do the classes without equipment.
