SATISFY/CHALLENGE You will work the arms, abs and legs in this class while getting the heart rate up. Expect a standing sequence with the weights and lots of mat work with the Pilates ball to intensify the burn. If you don't have equipment you can still do this class. There will be lots of modifications so you can tailor this class to suit you.

CHALLENGE This 30-minute class is broken into 3 blocks of work. Each block has 3 x 1-minute exercises that focus on cardio, arms and abs. This is such an enjoyable sequence and I promise, it will fly.
