    SATISFY A gentle stretch class for when you feel like your body needs some TLC.

  • Cardio Core 28th January

    CHALLENGE This class is structured into 3 blocks of work. Each block has 3 exercises; 2 cardio and 1 core. Each exercise is 1-minute and you'll do each block twice. This is a great class to get a good sweat on. It's tough, but you'll feel great after it.
