Winter Sculpt is all about embracing the luxury of being able to workout from the comfort of your own home. November can be a tough month to be motivated and getting out to exercise can be really unappealing. We are going to make the most of the dark mornings and long slow evenings and romanticise getting on our mats. We’re reframing our thoughts around moving each day and seeing it as an act of self care. So, find your favourite corner in your home, light a candle and enjoy the peace that comes with rolling out your mat. We’re keeping the classes shorter and focusing on our form so that for a small commitment you will see incredible results. We can't wait to see you on your mat.
