Aoife takes you through her favourite 3rd trimester full body sculpt workout. This class combines some stretching, sculpt and strength work. You begin with mobility to warm-up. You then do a Barre arms sequence before going into some standing leg work. You'll move to the mat for some side lying banded work, before moving to all 4's for deep core. Aoife finishes the class with some really nice hip opening exercises.
Equipment: Light hand weights (Aoife uses 1.5kg and 2kg), resistance band.
