    CHALLENGE This is a quick booty burn class to get those glute muscles firing. This is the perfect class for when you're tight on time. You could also pair it with another 15-minute Abs or Arms focused class.

  • Cardio Core 24th September

    CHALLENGE This class is a member favourite. It's structured into 4 blocks of work. Each block has 2 exercises, one cardio and one core and you will do each exercise twice. Each exercise is 1-minute in this class.
