Matcha & Avocado Smoothie

This is a delicious green smoothie full of nutrients and antioxidants. The matcha flavour is subtle and perfectly balanced by the sweetness from the banana and the dates. The avocado gives a delicious creamy texture which makes this smoothie feel like a treat.
Ingredients:
1 Frozen Banana
1/2 Avocado
1/2 Tsp Matcha
2 Medjool Dates (pitted)
Small Bunch Kale/Spinach
200ml Coconut Milk (or milk of choice)
Ice
Method
1) Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
2) Serve with a dusting of matcha powder.
