It's hard to believe something this green can taste so good. This smoothie is full of goodness and the hint of
mint coming through gives it a burst of freshness. You will love it.
Ingredients:
(Serves 1)
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein
1 Banana
1 Handful Frozen Spinach
1 Handful Frozen Mango
1 Tsp Ground Flaxseed
1 Fresh Mint Leaf
350ml Coconut Milk (or your milk of choice)
Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
*If using frozen spinach, you will need a high powered blender.
