This class will work the whole body, using hand weights. We will flow through each move, building on each exercise to add more of a challenge. You'll do a standing lunge sequence then move to all 4's for some arm and glute work, before moving onto your back for core. You'll then repeat the all 4's work and the lunge sequence on the other side. Expect a challenge, but nothing too intense.
Equipment: Hand weights (optional: ankle weights)
