Savoury Granola

This savoury granola is so so delicious and it adds the most gorgeous crunch to well, anything you fancy. I love it with soups, salads, curries and avocado toast. As well as boosting the flavour of what you are having, it also adds healthy fats so it's a really nice way to boost the nutrition content of your dish.
Ingredients:
50g Jumbo Oats
50g Cashews
40g Flaxseed
40g Pumpkin Seeds
40g Sesame Seeds
Good Pinch Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
1 Tbsp Honey
(1 Tbsp fennel is an optional add on, buts its an acquired taste, so only add it if you know you like it).
Method:
1) Combine the oats, nuts, seeds and salt in a bowl and mix well.
2) Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and combine well.
3) Place on a lined baking tray and bake for 20-minutes ish or until toasted.
4) Once cooled, store in an airtight container and add to soups, salads or any dish that you want to add some crunch and nutrition to.
