Is there anything better than home-made pizza? These are so delicious and the bases are so easy to make.
The ritual of making pizza is also really enjoyable. It's a really nice thing to do with your partner, friends and family.
Makes 2 Bases
Ingredients:
200g Self Raising Flour
200g 0% Strained Greek Yogurt
Method:
1) Combine the flour and yogurt in a bowl and mix well.
2) Place on a floured surface and kneed well.
3) Half the dough and roll out each base to the desired thickness and shape.
4) Cook on a pizza tray or baking tray for 10-minutes before adding any of your toppings (this will stop it from going soggy).
5) Add your desired toppings and cook for a further 10-15-minutes until golden brown.
Our favourite toppings are simply passata, pesto and mozzarella. Served with fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil. But, you can add whatever you fancy.
