3 Ingredient Chia Jam

This raspberry and apple chia jam is simple, delicious and something the whole family can enjoy. It is such a healthy alternative to sugar laden processed jam. It's delicious on toast, with yogurt & granola and topped on porridge.
Ingredients:
1 Punnet Rasberries
1 Apple
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Method:
1) Peel and finely chop the apple.
2) Add the apple and raspberries to a saucepan with a small drop a little water (2 dessert spoons).
3) Cook on a low heat for 10-15 minutes or until it's soft enough to mash.
4) Add the chia seeds.
5) Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge.
This will keep in the fridge for 3 days.
