CHALLENGE This cardio core class has 3 blocks of work. Each block has 1 cardio exercise and 1 core exercise. Each exercise is 1-minute and you'll do each exercise twice, before moving onto the next block. I promise you're going to enjoy this class and you'll feel strong and energised afterwards.
