CHALLENGE This Burn & Sculpt class will strengthen and tone the whole body. You'll start with a warm up on the mat. You'll then do a standing lunge sequence, glute work in all 4's, side planks, side lying exercises with the ball and core work with the ball. It's a challenging but enjoyable class.
Equipment: Pilates ball, hand weights, ankle weights
*class can also be done without equipment
