CHALLENGE This Burn & Sculpt class is the perfect way to strengthen and tone your body. You'll start with a warm up on the mat, then you'll go into planks with the ball, roll ups, glute work in all 4's, standing legs and arms, core work on your back and finally some planks to finish. It's a challenging class, but with the quick transitions the class will fly. Embrace the burn and enjoy it.
Equipment: Ankle weights, hand weights, Pilates ball
