CHALLENGE This Burn & Sculpt class is the perfect whole body workout. You will start in standing with a warm up sequence. You then move to the mat for the remainder of the class where you will do a plank sequence, booty work with the ball, a side lying sequence and some weighted arm work in kneeling. There's lots of variety in this class so it will fly.
Equipment needed: Hand weights, Pilates ball
