CHALLENGE This Burn & Sculpt class will work on sculpting and toning the whole body. You'll start with a standing squat sequence and then you'll be down on the mat for the remainder of the class. You can expect kneeling ab work, a plank sequence, all 4's glute work with the ball, a side lying sequence, kneeling arms and you'll finish with core work with the ball.
Equipment: Pilates ball, hand weights, ankle weights
*class can also be done without equipment
