CHALLENGE This Burn & Sculpt class will strengthen and tone the whole body. You'll start with a warm up on the mat. You'll then do a plank sequence, glute work in all 4's, core work, a bridge sequence and side lying exercises. It's a challenging but enjoyable class.
Equipment: Hand weights, ankle weights
