TPP Strength classes use weights to challenge TPP Pilates. If you have been doing the classes for a while and would like more of a challenge, these classes are for you.

Equipment needed: Weights (2kg, 3kg, 4kg or 5kg).

    This TPP Strength class will focus on the legs and booty. Get ready to challenge yourself in this focused class.
    Equipment: Weights (Aoife uses 4kg; 2kg/3kg/5kg will also work well)
