TPP has created this challenge to help you reset and get back into a routine after Summer. Pilates is truly transformative for the mind and the body and within a couple of weeks of this challenge you will see and feel the benefits. The TPP method is the best way to sculpt & tone your body without putting it under stress. Most of all Pilates is an enjoyable way to move your body that will leave you feeling energised.

In this challenge you can choose from 2 schedules:
Reset & Satisfy OR Reset & Challenge

Reset & Satisfy is perfect if you're new to Pilates or looking for a gentler approach, while
Reset & Challenge is for those who have been doing Pilates for a while and want a challenge.

  • Full Body Sculpt 4 - No Equipment

    Episode 1

    CHALLENGE This class is all about sculpting and toning the body using just your body weight. You'll feel strong, empowered and connected to your body after this class.
    No equipment needed.

  • 12-Minute Booty Burn

    Episode 2

    SATISFY/CHALLENGE This is the perfect short class if you want to work the booty! Engage the core throughout and embrace the burn.
    No equipment needed.
    *Make this class more challenging by adding ankle weights or a resistance band

  • 15-Minute Core & Inner Thighs

    Episode 3

    CHALLENGE This class is all about working the core and inner thighs. Do it on its own, or pair it with another shorter class.
    No equipment needed

  • Posture Focused Class

    Episode 4

    SATISFY This is a really nice traditional class that focuses on your posture. You will work on strengthening the upper back and shoulders as well as releasing tension in the upper body.
    No equipment needed.

  • Strength & Balance

    Episode 5

    SATISFY/CHALLENGE This class focuses on strengthening and balancing mind and body. Focus on your breathing, your Pilates technique and enjoy the movement.
