Sculpt & Sweat Summer Challenge

4 Seasons

This 4-Week Challenge is all about helping us feel strong and confident for Summer. We are building this challenge around our SCULPT & SWEAT classes that you have given us the most amazing feedback on. As the name suggests, these classes focus on sculpting, but also getting a little sweat on.

The classes are available for you to do anytime/anywhere, so you can start this challenge when you want and work through it at your own pace.
Commitment: 5 classes each week - 3 Sculpt & Sweat/Cardio classes and two shorter, focused sculpt classes.
Equipment: Light hand weights (1.5kg/2kg).
Level: Intermediate (we recommend doing our 4-Week Beginner Programme or 7-Day Pilates Kickstart first if you are new to TPP).

    Episode 1

    This is a NYC Style Sculpt & Sweat class. You'll feel strong and energised after this class and it's the perfect choice when you are feeling like you have lots of energy to give.
    Equipment: Hand weights

  • Uptempo Arms & Abs

    Episode 2

    For those of you who enjoy a faster paced class, this is for you. Work the arms and the abs in our traditional Pilates style, but a little more uptempo.
    Equipment: Light hand weights

  • NEW! Sculpt & Sweat 1

    Episode 3

    This is a NYC Style Sculpt & Sweat class. You'll feel strong and energised after this class and it's the perfect choice when you are feeling like you have lots of energy to give.
    Equipment: Hand weights

  • 15-Minute Core & Inner Thighs

    Episode 4

    CHALLENGE This class is all about working the core and inner thighs. Do it on its own, or pair it with another shorter class.
    No equipment needed

  • NEW! Full Body w/ Pilates Ball 4

    Episode 5

    This is an express full body class with the Pilates ball. It will challenge strength, balance, co-ordination and control. It is a challenging but enjoyable sequence.
