If you like a salty, crunchy snack, you will love these. These are perfect to make when you buy a bag of kale, use only a small amount of it and need to find a way of using the rest up. These taste so good and will store in an airtight container for days. They are delicious in place of crisps if you feel like something lighter.
There's no exact measurements here, as we like to say, measure with your heart.
Ingredients:
Large Bunch Kale
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Parmesan
Method:
1) Wash and dry your kale before tearing it into bite size pieces.
2) Transfer the kale into a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and grate over some parmesan.
3) Mix it all together using your hands.
4) Spread it onto a lined baking tray.
5) Cook in an oven preheated to 120 degrees for 20-minutes (keep an eye as you want them cooked and crispy, without being burnt).
Enjoy.
