    This class combines Lorna's "go-to" mat based exercises. She encourages you to tune into your body and really focus on your breath and alignment to get the most out of this class.

    This sculpt class will work the whole body in a gentle way. You will begin with a standing sequence before moving to the mat for the remainder of the class.
    This is a pregnancy friendly class, that anyone can do.

    This class is based entirely on the mat. You will work the full body in a gentle way, taking a classical approach.
    No equipment needed.

  • NEW! 20-Minute Gentle Sculpt 1

    This sculpt class will work the whole body in a gentle way. You will begin with a standing sequence before moving to the mat for the remainder of the class.
    This is a pregnancy friendly class, that anyone can do.

  • NEW! 20-Minute Abs w/ Lorna

    This is a short, but really effective abs focused class led by Lorna. You will be on the mat for the entire class and will work through ab prep, sit ups, roll downs and planks.
    No Equipment Needed.

  • NEW! 18-Minute Upper Body Strength

    This is a dynamic upper body strength class where the focus is the arms, but we will also feel it in the whole body.
    Equipment Needed: 3kg, 4kg or 5kg weights (Aoife uses 4kg)
    Pregnancy friendly.

  • 30-Minute Sculpt 2 w/ Lorna

    Lorna will take you through a 30-minute full body sculpt class. You will begin in standing with some balance work, before moving onto the mat for the remainder of the class. You can expect a slow burn, but you will be challenged.
    Equipment needed: Light Hand Weights

  • 17-Minute Pilates Strength

    Aoife will take you through a Pilates Strength class that will work the whole body. It's a really efficient and challenging class but one that you will feel great after.
    Equipment: Weights (Aoife uses 4kg)
    Pregnancy friendly.

  • 14-Minute Sculpt

    This is a quick and efficient class that will challenge you in the best way.
    Equipment: Light Hand Weights

  • 30-Minute Barre 2 w/ Gareth

    This is a 30-Minute Upper Body Focused Barre class led by Master Barre trainer Gareth Moran. It is a challenging class, but Gareth does include modifications if you need to take the intensity down.
    Equipment needed: Chair, Light Hand Weights, Band & Pilates Ball
