For Moms-to-be, this Burn & Sculpt class will focus on gently building strength. Its a full body workout using 2kg hand weights. If you don't have weights, improvise with tinned cans or water bottles. It's important that you go at a pace that feels right for you and stop to take a break anytime you need to.
