Prenatal Classes

For Moms-to-be, this library offers a variety of pregnancy specific classes. The goal is to maintain strength in your body in a safe way so you can feel your best during pregnancy, labor and help facilitate a good postpartum recovery.
In this library you will find all of our pregnancy specific classes, including a mixture of Pilates suitable for beginners, as well as some more challenging pregnancy friendly sequences. We recommend starting with the GENTLE classes initially and progressing from there. Aim to do 3-4 classes a week depending on how you're feeling. Ensure you listen to your body, go at a pace you're comfortable with and most importantly enjoy the classes.

  • Prenatal Ball Class

    For Moms to be this is a really nice gentle class that you can do right up until your due date. You will need a large Yoga ball for this class. Remember to relax, focus on your breathing and enjoy the class.

  • Prenatal Gentle Flow 1

    For Moms-to-be this is a really gentle class to help get movement into your body, release tension and gently build strength in the glutes. Go at a pace that feels right for you and enjoy the movement.

  • Prenatal Traditional Pilates

    For Moms-to-be, this whole body sequence will help to relieve back pain, maintain your fitness level and strengthen and prepare your body for your birth. Go at a pace that feels right for you and enjoy the movement.

  • Prenatal Gentle Sculpt

    For Moms-to-be this is a really gentle class to help maintain your strength. Aoife uses 1kg hand weights - if you don't have them you can improvise with tinned cans. Go at a pace that feels right for you and enjoy the movement.

  • 8-Minute Meditation with Daniella

    SATISFY Daniella takes us through a beautiful transcendental meditation practice. We will use a mantra, to provide the mind with a single pointed focus, meaning if you typically find it difficult to focus, this mediation is perfect for you.

  • 20-Minute Energy Boost Pilates

    SATISFY This is the perfect class to do when your body is a little fatigued, but is craving movement. It's all about focusing on our breathing and getting nice big energising movements into the body to help boost our energy and our circulation.
    Pregnancy friendly.

  • Traditional 9 (prenatal friendly)

    SATISFY This is another of TPP's very popular Traditional classes. The goal is to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body using the Traditional Pilates approach.

    SATISFY/CHALLENGE This is a full body strength class, suitable for everybody, including Moms-to-be.
    Equipment: 2kg/3kg/4kg or 5kg hand weights (Aoife uses 4kg).

  • Barre & Sculpt - Pregnancy Friendly

    SATISFY/CHALLENGE This is a full body Barre & Sculpt class. It's pregnancy friendly, but anyone can do this class.
