Postnatal Pilates
Every pregnancy and birth is different so we recommend checking with your GP or Consultant to ensure they are happy for you to return to exercise.
We also recommend watching our Postnatal Introduction video before beginning the classes.
The Pilates Programme postnatal classes focus on gently rebuilding your strength in your whole body, but in particular in the core and pelvic floor. Go at a pace you're comfortable with and most importantly enjoy the classes.
All classes can be done without equipment. Optional equipment for some classes includes light ankle weights and hand weights.
