Here you will find all of TPP's postnatal classes if you prefer to pick and choose classes, rather than following a structured programme. They will focus on gently rebuilding your strength in your whole body, but in particular in the core and pelvic floor. Go at a pace you're comfortable with and most importantly enjoy the classes.

    For new Moms, this is a gentle whole body class to focus on rebuilding your strength in a safe and effective way.

  • Postnatal Whole Body 2

    SATISFY For new moms this class focuses on gently rebuilding your strength in a safe way. There is an emphasis on engaging and reconnecting to your core. Enjoy the time on your mat and remember how much your body will thank you for doing this class!

  • Gentle Pilates 1

    BEGIN/SATISFY This is the perfect class to start with if you're new to Pilates. You'll focus on engaging the core, your posture and alignment in each exercise to familiarise yourself with the correct Pilates technique, so you can get the most out of each exercise.
    No equipment needed.

  • Gentle Pilates 2

    BEGIN/SATISFY This is the perfect class to start with if you're new to Pilates. You'll focus on engaging the core, your posture and alignment in each exercise to familiarise yourself with the correct Pilates technique, so you can get the most out of each exercise.

  • 8-Minute Gentle Abs

    BEGIN/SATISFY This the perfect class to try when you're new to Pilates. It focuses on the Pilates technique to gently build core strength.
    No equipment needed.

  • Gentle Plank Abs

    SATISFY If you are new to planks or find planks challenging, this is the perfect class for you. You'll build your upper body, arm and core strength, as well as improve your plank technique.
    No equipment needed

  • 10-Minute Gentle Abs 1

    BEGIN/SATISFY If you are new to Pilates or you're looking for a gentle abs focused class, this is the class for you. There is a focus on the correct technique in order to support the lower back. This is a great class to build core strength in a safe way!

  • 10-Minute Gentle Abs 2

    BEGIN/SATISFY This class is all about the correct Pilates technique for your core exercises.
    No equipment needed

  • Gentle Burn & Sculpt 1

    BEGIN/SATISFY If you are new to Pilates and to Burn & Sculpt this is the perfect class to start with! You will work the arms, abs and the legs with this sequence. Aoife uses 1kg hand weights. If you don't have weights, improvise with tinned cans or water bottles.

  • Gentle Burn & Sculpt 2

    SATISFY This class focuses on strengthening and toning your body in a gentle way. It's perfect for beginners or for days when you don't want too intense a class.
    Equipment needed: Hand weights
    *Aoife uses 1kg weights.You can improvise with tinned cans or water bottles if you don't have weights

  • Core & Hip Focus

    BEGIN This is a gentle class that is part of our Back Specific Programme. It focuses on gently building strength around the core and hips to give support to your lower back.   • Gentle Booty Burn

    SATISFY This is a really nice class to work the glutes. You will feel the burn, but it's just enough. This class is suitable for any of our Prenatal members too.

  • Posture Focused Class

    SATISFY This is a really nice traditional class that focuses on your posture. You will work on strengthening the upper back and shoulders as well as releasing tension in the upper body.
    No equipment needed.

  • 12-Minute Booty Burn

    SATISFY/CHALLENGE This is the perfect short class if you want to work the booty! Engage the core throughout and embrace the burn.
    No equipment needed.
