Pilates Strength 5
Episode 1
This class combines Pilates and weights to challenge your strength and control. There is a mix of standing exercises and traditional Pilates matwork in this class.
Equipment: Lighter and heavier weights (Aoife uses 2kg & 4kg - feel free to go lighter or heavier). -

Quick Upper Body Strength
Episode 2
This class is all about challenging and building our upper body strength. The reps are high so you will be feeling the burn in this class.
Equipment: Hand weights (1 x heavier weight and 2 x lighter). Aoife uses 1 x 4kg and 2 x 2kg weights. -

TPP Strength - Legs & Booty
Episode 3
CHALLENGE This TPP Strength class will focus on the legs and booty. Get ready to challenge yourself in this focused class.
Equipment: Weights (Aoife uses 4kg; 2kg/3kg/5kg will also work well) -

De-Bloat Pilates
Episode 4
SATISFY This class is all about reducing stress, calming the nervous system and bringing down cortisol levels in the body. You'll do gentle stretches, core exercises and lots of rotational movements to help your body de-bloat and re-energise.
No equipment needed. -

Cardio Strength Pilates
Episode 5
This class adds some cardio to our popular Pilates strength style class. The is a more advanced sequence designed to challenge you.
Equipment: Hand weights (Aoife uses 2kg & 4kg. Use what weights you have at home and alternate between light and heavy as you feel necessary).
