  • Pilates Strength 3

    Episode 1

    This class combines Pilates and weights to challenge your strength and control. There is a mix of standing exercises and traditional Pilates matwork in this class.
    Equipment: Lighter and heavier weights (Aoife uses 2kg & 4kg - feel free to go lighter or heavier).

  • Weighted Pilates Core

    Episode 2

    This class is all about building core strength. Your Pilates form and technique will be challenged as Aoife adds weights to our deep core Pilates moves.
    Equipment: 2, 3 or 4kg Weights (Aoife uses 2kg)

  • 20-Minute Pilates Strength

    Episode 3

  • 15-Minute Energising Yoga with Daniella

    Episode 4

    SATISFY This is a beautiful Hatha Yoga practice. After this class with Daniella you will feel grounded, energised and ready for your day.
    No equipment needed.

  • Pilates Strength 4

    Episode 5

    This class combines Pilates and weights to challenge your strength and control. There is a mix of standing exercises and traditional Pilates matwork in this class.
    Equipment: Lighter and heavier weights (Aoife uses 2kg & 4kg - feel free to go lighter or heavier).
