SATISFY This is our first Mens Pilates class on TPP. It focuses on mobility and flexibility.
Of course, all of the classes on The Pilates Programme are suitable for men, but I know from your feedback that it's nice to be able to relate to the person on screen, so I have enlisted the help of my husband to join me for a series of classes created specifically for men. As a Physiotherapist, I am an advocate of Pilates for everybody. So I'm hoping these classes will encourage more males to get on their mat and experience the benefits of Pilates.
