CHALLENGE This is the perfect full body sculpt class to fit into a busy schedule. If you don't have hand weights you can do it with tinned cans or water bottles. Embrace the burn and enjoy the movement.

CHALLENGE This Barre class is a nice mix of standing and mat work. Get ready for lots of lunges, squats, bridges on the chair and core work on your back.

CHALLENGE This is an incredible ab burner! It's such a good class to do on its own, or to add to another. You will do 6 x 1-minute exercises, so its 6-minutes of work. Maintain your Pilates form and embrace the burn!

CHALLENGE This class was requested by our members. It's a boxing class focused on the arms. It's a challenging, but enjoyable class.

CHALLENGE This Burn & Sculpt class is the perfect class if your goal is to strengthen and tone the whole body. There's a mix of standing leg work, kneeling arms with weights, side lying exercises and core work on your back.

CHALLENGE This is the perfect class to sculpt and tone the body, as well as getting a sweat on.

CHALLENGE This class is structured into 3 blocks of work. Each block has 3 exercises; 2 cardio and 1 core. Each exercise is 1-minute and you'll do each block twice. This is a great class to get a good sweat on. It's tough, but you'll feel great after it.
