SATISFY/CHALLENGE This class focuses on strengthening and balancing mind and body. Focus on your breathing, your Pilates technique and enjoy the movement.

Arms, Abs & Booty 3
Episode 2
CHALLENGE This 30-minute class does exactly as the name suggests, it works the arms, abs and booty. If strengthening and toning your body is the goal, this is the perfect class.

Banded Booty Burn
Episode 3
CHALLENGE This is TPP's first banded class on the platform. Using the band is going to take your booty burn class to a whole other level. Get ready to embrace the burn.
*The class can also be done without a band and is a little less intense.

CHALLENGE This class will work the whole body. You can expect a plank sequence, a glute sequence, a side lying plank sequence, a kneeling arms sequence and core work on your back.

CHALLENGE This is a quick barre class that focuses on strengthening, lengthening and toning the legs! Channel your inner Ballerina and embrace the burn!

CHALLENGE This Cardio class will focus on strength. You'll do 3 sets of 5 x 1-minute exercises. This is a tough class, but it's an enjoyable one.
