January Challenge
  • Reset, Reconnect, Re-energize

    Episode 1

    This class is the perfect way to kick off the January Challenge and reset, reconnect and re-energise your body. You will feel great after this class.
    No equipment needed.

  • Arms, Abs & Cardio

    Episode 2

    CHALLENGE This is the perfect class to sculpt and tone the body, as well as getting a sweat on.
    Equipment needed: Hand weights

  • 15-Minute Core & Inner Thighs

    Episode 3

    CHALLENGE This class is all about working the core and inner thighs. Do it on its own, or pair it with another shorter class.
    No equipment needed

  • Burn & Sculpt 5th January

    Episode 4

    CHALLENGE This Burn & Sculpt class is the perfect full body workout. The goal is to strengthen and tone the body, using low impact, high repetition movements. Embrace the burn and enjoy the movement.
    Equipment needed: Hand weights, Pilates ball
    *Class can also be done without equipment

  • 17-Minute Barre Legs

    Episode 5

    CHALLENGE This 17-minute class is all about the legs. Get ready to feel the burn.
    Equipment needed: Chair

  • No Equipment Cardio Core 3rd August

    Episode 6

    CHALLENGE This is the perfect class to get a sweat on. The class is structured into 4 blocks of work - each block has 1 cardio and 1 core exercise, and you'll do each exercise twice. Embrace the burn and enjoy the class.
