Introduction Programme
Welcome to The Pilates Programme (TPP). We are so happy you are here. This is the beginning of a Pilates journey that will have you feeling like the best version of yourself.
This introduction programme has been carefully designed by Aoife, a Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor of over 10 years and founder of TPP.
The goal of this programme is to familiarise you with the principles of Pilates and ensure you are doing each exercise correctly, getting the most out of your classes. You will be able to move through the rest of the TPP platform with confidence, knowing you have the correct technique.
In this programme you will begin with 2 short classes on how to engage the core, as well as 6 full body classes (20-30-minutes each), where Aoife carefully cues you through every exercise. So whether you are completely new to Pilates or you just want to improve on your form and technique, this introduction programme is a great place to start.
We encourage you to work through it at your own pace. So whether you complete the classes on consecutive days or do just 2-3 each week, it's up to you. Each class gets progressively more challenging, so if you feel you need to repeat one a few times before moving on, then please do that.
You won't need any equipment, just a comfortable mat.
If you have any questions or concerns, please email [email protected]
See you on the mat!
