    Episode 1

    This class combines Pilates and weights to challenge your strength, balance and control. There is a mix of standing exercises and traditional Pilates mat work in this class. Suitable for pregnancy.
    Equipment: 2 x Heavier weight (Aoife uses a 4kg weight, anything from 2kg - 5kg will work).

  • NEW! Classical Pilates Flow

    Episode 2

    This is an intermediate Pilates flow that focuses on the classical Pilates repertoire. It's all about strength, control and precision.
    No equipment needed.

  • NEW! Full Body Sculpt w/ Weights & Ball

    Episode 3

    This is a full body sculpt class for everybody, including our pre and postnatal members on the platform. We work the whole body, adding the ball and weights for more of a challenge. Embrace the burn but as always, go at your own pace and listen to your body.

  • 9-Minute Deep Core w/ Pilates Ball

    Episode 4

    If you're tight on time, this is the perfect deep core class to really tap into those core muscles. This class may be short, but you will be feeling the burn. It's quite advanced, so we only recommend this one if you have been doing Pilate for a while.

  • Sculpt & Sweat 2

    Episode 5

    This is a NYC Style Sculpt & Sweat class. You'll feel strong and energised after this class and it's the perfect choice when you are feeling like you have lots of energy to give.
