Aoife has chosen the classes she recommends you start your Pilates journey with. Within a couple of classes, you will start to feel stronger both
mentally and physically. Making Pilates part of your daily or weekly routine, is the perfect way to look after your body. Pilates is the
perfect way to achieve your health and fitness goals, without putting your body under stress. Enjoy your time on the mat and
embrace the burn!

    This is a quick Traditional Pilates class that will leave you feeling energised.

  • 10-Minute Gentle Abs 1

    If you are new to Pilates or you're looking for a gentle abs focused class, this is the class for you. There is a focus on the correct technique in order to support the lower back. This is a great class to build core strength in a safe way!

  • 10-Minute Gentle Abs 2

    This class is all about the correct Pilates technique for your core exercises.

  • Gentle Booty Burn

    This is a really nice class to work the glutes. You will feel the burn, but it's just enough. This class is suitable for any of our Prenatal members too.

  • 20-Minute Energy Boost Pilates

    This is the perfect class to do when your body is a little fatigued, but is craving movement. It's all about focusing on our breathing and getting nice big energising movements into the body to help boost our energy and our circulation.
    Pregnancy friendly.

  • Traditional 11 - No Wrist Impact

    This is a Traditional style Pilates class, but with no-wrist impact. If you find being in all fours in Pilates uncomfortable, this is a great class to do to familiarise yourself with how to strengthen your wrists. It will also show you how to modify other classes on the platform as you need to.

    This is a really nice legs focused class where your remain in standing. It's not too intense, but it's just enough to feel a burn.

    A gentle stretch class for when you feel like your body needs some TLC.

  • 15-Minute Back Pain Relief

    This class focuses on gentle stretches to release tension in the back. If you had an episode of pain and feel ready for gentle movement, this is the perfect class.

  • Gentle Burn & Sculpt 1

    If you are new to Pilates and to Burn & Sculpt this is the perfect class to start with! You will work the arms, abs and the legs with this sequence. Aoife uses 1kg hand weights. If you don't have weights, improvise with tinned cans or water bottles.

  • Gentle Burn & Sculpt 2

    This class focuses on strengthening and toning your body in a gentle way. It's perfect for beginners or for days when you don't want too intense a class.
    Equipment needed: Hand weights
    *Aoife uses 1kg weights.You can improvise with tinned cans or water bottles if you don't have weights

  • Side Lying Series

    This is a class that everyone on the platform can do. It's perfect if you are feeling a little "lazy", but still want to move and feel that Pilates burn. Why? Because you will be lying on your side the entire time.
    No equipment needed.

  • Traditional 2

    This Traditional Pilates class is all about lengthening, toning and aligning your body. Whether you are new to Pilates or more advanced, you can benefit from this class. Go at a pace that feels right for you and embrace the burn.

  • Traditional 3

    This Traditional Pilates class focuses on strengthening and toning your body. Focus on your breath and the Pilates technique.
    You don't need any equipment for this class!

  • Traditional 4

    This whole body workout will have you feeling the burn in all the right places. Slow each movement down, focus on your form and embrace the burn!
    No Equipment Needed.
