SATISFY/CHALLENGE This is a standing Pilates sequence that combines working the arms and legs together. Perfect for when you're tight on time, but you want a really effective class.

SATISFY This is a really nice traditional class that focuses on your posture. You will work on strengthening the upper back and shoulders as well as releasing tension in the upper body.
No equipment needed. -

CHALLENGE Get ready for a full body Barre class that will challenge you from the start. Theres lots of variety in this class so the 50-minutes will fly.
